This is how to do your Banner.
Go to Imageshack and upload your banner. Then go to my images.
Under embedded codes go to the top one it will say "Forums" to the right of it.
Come back here click Profile, then Modify Profile, go to the Sig box,and paste the link, go to bottom click modify profile and your done.
This is how to do your Avatar.
Go to Imageshack and upload your avatar. The go to my images.
Under Thumbnail images go to the bottom one it will say "Direct" to the right of it. Copy the link.
Come back here click Profile, then Modify profile, Go to the Avatar box and paste link. Go to the bottom and click Modify Profile.
It's just that easy.
